Applying To Zion
The best way to get to know us at Zion Lutheran School is to reach out.
We encourage interested families to contact us so we can communicate the details of the enrollment process.
We are dedicated to assisting you in every step of the process and if you have any questions, we can get them answered.
To begin the process of admissions, we ask you fill out an inquiry form on our website.
When the inquiry is processed, you will receive notification to continue the admissions process through our online, secure enrollment system called Blackbaud.
**Consideration for placement is given on a first come-first served basis. All new students admitted to Zion are accepted on probationary status pending first quarter review (or 20 school days if accepted mid-year).
**Enrollment is not complete until the registration fee has been paid in full. This secures your child’s spot in his or her classroom.
All payment of registration fees and tuition will be done online through Blackbaud.
Preschool Enrollment
Children who are 3 years of age on or before September 1 will be eligible for our 3 year old preschool programs.
Children who are 4 years of age on or before September 1 will be eligible for our 4 year old preschool programs.
Kindergarten Enrollment
The staff at Zion recognizes that most children are more successful if they are five years old when entering kindergarten. Children who are 5 years of age on or before September 1 will be eligible for our kindergarten.
We ask all kindergarten students new to Zion Lutheran School to attend one of our observation days to help us get to know your child and provide them with the best classroom placement. Observation days take place at the end of May and typically late summer.
Children who turn 5 years of age between September 2 and September 30 will be considered pending a meeting with school administration and an assessment.
