Important Dates & Events
When applying to Zion Lutheran School, we do our best to make the process as simple as possible, with personal contact and connection each step of the way. We also understand all the dates, deadlines and procedures to finalize enrollment can feel overwhelming. Below is a snapshot of important dates and events that are part of our admissions and enrollment timeline to help.
- January 1, 2021: Tuition assistance process begins and applications are accepted through FACTS for the 2021-22 school year. Click here to apply.
- January 31, 2021: All School Open House and online enrollment begins.
- March 31, 2021: Early Enrollment Deadline: $200 per student ($500 max per family) enrollment fee.
- April 10, 2021 Deadline to submit application for tuition assistance and supporting tax documents.
- May 21, 2021: Kindergarten Observation Day
- May/June/July: Be sure to schedule all doctors appointments for student physicals.
- June 2021: Zion Lutheran School will request school records from all past schools (transferring students only).
- June 2021: Tuition assistance decisions will be made and families will be notified.
- July 2021: Tuition contracts will be sent to all enrolled families.
- August 2021: School year begins. Sports physicals need to be completed for all students participating in athletics prior to the first day of practice.
