It is our pleasure to introduce another new staff member to Zion Lutheran School – Mrs. Sara Mudd, who will be teaching 5th grade homeroom/religion, 5th & 6th grade math, 5th grade science.

What are you most excited about joining our school staff?

I am excited about joining the school staff because I have seen my son grow academically and spiritually through the guidance of the Zion staff. I am looking forward to being part of a great school environment and sharing my love of learning with the students.

What is your favorite bible verse?

James 1: 17-18 ” Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.”

Reminds me that God is the creator of all things and will always be a constant fixture in my daily life.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy most outdoor activities; some of my favorites are kayaking, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. I also enjoy reading and taking pictures with my camera.
