ENROLLMENT PROCESS
For new Zion students, 2025-2026 school year

RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS
For current Zion students returning to ZLS, 2025-2026 school year re-enrollment is simple and has started.

Login to the Parent Portal in Gradelink.

You will see the Re-Enroll tab on the left sidebar.

Click to begin the process of re-enrolling your student. A few notes about the form:

Baptism Date – we would love this information in order to celebrate these anniversaries with our students, but the application has been glitchy for this data. We are working on correcting it, so for now, you may skip that prompt when you see it.

Returning students do not need to upload any documents at this time. You may skip this step.

If you have multiple children enrolled at Zion, click the drop-down menu below the enrollment screen after enrolling one child and select another sibling currently enrolled. The screen will switch over to the other sibling’s re-enrollment application for re-enrollment.
If you are adding new students to Zion:

After re-enrolling a current student, click the drop-down menu below the enrollment screen and choose Add New.

You will then follow the steps outlined in Enrolling a New Student.

Because you are enrolling a new student, you will need to create a temporary registration account for registering the new student as the information for the new student is not yet in Gradelink. Once you create the temporary registration account, you will receive an email to confirm it. You will then be guided to the application to complete new student registration. We will add your new student to your family portal in Gradelink once the enrollment form has been completed and submitted.

Once your re-enrollment application has been submitted via Gradelink, registration fees will be billed to your FACTS account under the 2025-2026 school year tuition contract. You may make payments toward your registration fee or pay it all at once. Keep in mind that if it is not paid in full by March 31st, the fee increases. Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of relocation outside St. Clair County.
2025-2026 Tuition Contracts in FACTS will be automatically rolled over using the same information you submitted at the beginning of this school year. Tuition assistance will be applied in June before payments begin in August. If you would like to make changes to your payment plan, please contact the school office so we may assist you.
