Teacher Feature – Mrs. Brunkhorst

Mrs. Brunkhorst, Preschool 4 Teacher

“Our preschool is a fun, happy place where young learners learn through play focusing on social/emotional learning as well as academic. ”

Mrs. Brunkhorst has been teaching at Zion for five years, all in our preschool program.

Loves to spend time with her husband, four children and two dogs. Favorite family activity is family movie night with
popcorn, of course.

Her inspiration to become a teacher came from her mom.

Her secret talent is being able to sing the alphabet backwards.

Favorite bible verse:
Jeremiah 29: 11-14
‘For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future..’
